As we wrap up another successful tax season, we want to extend our deepest thanks to each and every one of you who trusted us with your personal and business tax returns. Your continued loyalty and the influx of referrals have played a tremendous role in our growth and success this season.
A Token of Appreciation for Your Referrals
We are immensely grateful for your positive feedback and the numerous 5-star reviews we have received. As a token of our appreciation, we are offering a $25 credit towards next year’s tax return fee for every referral you send our way who becomes a client.
Important Reminder on Tax Record Retention
How long should you keep your tax records? We recommend retaining copies of your IRS forms and schedules indefinitely. It’s crucial to maintain your own backups as you should not rely on others to keep these important documents for you. For receipts and proofs of deductions, a retention period of 7 years is advisable before safely destroying them.

Document Deadlines for Extended Returns
For clients with extended personal and business tax returns, please be aware of the following critical deadlines:
- August 1st: All documents must be uploaded to our online portal to ensure filing by the September 16th deadline.
- September 1st: Documents received after this date will incur a $350 late fee. While we strive to complete your returns by the September 16th deadline, we cannot guarantee completion in time to avoid IRS penalties if documents are late. We will do our utmost to meet the deadlines and maintain the accuracy and completeness of your returns.
